Data and purposes
The form collects first name, last name, phone number, email, category and message. The event date and package are optional. The language and source page are also submitted. We use these details to reply, prepare a proposal and handle related communications. Required fields are marked *. Avoid including sensitive data or unnecessary information about other people.
Legal bases
Quotes and service enquiries are processed to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). General communications and website security rely on the legitimate interest in responding and keeping the service secure (Article 6(1)(f)). Legal obligations rely on Article 6(1)(c). Loading Instagram videos requires your consent, which can be withdrawn through cookie preferences. The form does not subscribe you to a newsletter or request marketing consent.
Services and recipients
Enquiry data is accessible to people authorised by MARAKI SRL and the suppliers needed to provide the service. The form uses FormSubmit (Devro LABS) to forward your enquiry to the controller’s email inbox. The site is published through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure: hosting systems may process technical data such as IP addresses, requests and browser information. Instagram/Meta receives data when you allow videos or visit one of its links directly. Fonts are hosted on this site without requests to Google Fonts.
Retention
MARAKI SRL keeps enquiries for as long as needed to handle the conversation and negotiations, taking account of any subsequent contractual relationship, legal obligations and the protection of rights. FormSubmit documentation states that submissions remain in its archive for 30 days; this does not delete emails received by the controller. Cookie preferences on your device last six months.
International services
The listed suppliers may use infrastructure or companies outside the European Economic Area. Their privacy notices linked below describe the processing performed by those services, locations and applicable terms. You can ask MARAKI SRL for information about recipients and the safeguards applicable to transfers of your data.
Your rights
Where provided by the GDPR, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability, and object to processing. You may withdraw consent without affecting earlier processing and lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority or your competent supervisory authority.
